    YOGA, YOGA! :)

       I've been learning YOGA for five days. Um, quite nice!
        What an interesting experience! It's amazing! And I really love it!
        Twisting your body, adjusting your breath, listening to the music, relaxing your body and mind, concentrating on yourself and feeling your own heart beat is usually what you do when you begin to practise yoga. I love such kind of movement just as I love TAIQI, which is one of the ancient traditional Chinese sports I used to practise when I was a university student. Both of them pay much attention on body movement as well as spiritual balance, and they are just born for me and those who don't like severe body building movement such as running, jumping, boxing and so on.
        I really enjoy exercising yoga and I think I sleep more soundly at night after practising it with less dreams which used to bother me a lot.
        Ok, I must stop now for it's time to exercise yoga!
